Each process has its own zone, with dedicated tooling storage and quality stations.
Compression Molding Zone
20+ hydraulic presses, 50T to 300T. HTV silicone and rubber compounds. Manual and semi-automatic demolding.
LSR Injection Zone
4 LSR injection machines (80T–200T) with cold runner systems. Connected to Class 100 cleanroom for medical parts.
Extrusion Zone
2 extrusion lines for continuous profiles, tubing, and custom cross-sections. Inline curing oven and cutting station.
Overmolding Zone
Dedicated multi-shot machines for silicone-over-plastic and silicone-over-metal. Insert loading automation available.
Cleanroom (Class 100)
ISO Class 5 cleanroom for medical LSR parts. Positive pressure, HEPA filtration, full gowning protocol.
QC Lab
Dedicated testing laboratory: dimensional, material, and performance testing. All equipment calibrated annually.
